Dr. Lopez graduated from Colombian School of Medicine. He completed three years of Internal Medicine residency at Ravenswood Hospital affiliated with the University of Illinois. He was chief resident in Internal Medicine residency from 1995 to 1996. Dr. Lopez then moved to Rancho Mirage, California with a Multi-specialty group to start his Internal Medicine practice and moved into solo practice early 1999. He attended UCLA from 2000 to 2002 and received his Masters degree in HealthCare Management and Public Health. Dr. Lopez was honored with the excellence in academic achievement from the Delta Omega honorary society for graduate studies in public health in 2002. Dr. Lopez is the founder and Medical Director of Internal Medicine Specialists of Rancho Mirage. He enjoys multiple outdoor activities with his beautiful wife and three children.

Dr. Bahreini is a Board certified Gynecologist with over 30 years of practice experience. She finished her medical education a Pahlavi University School of Medicine in Iran. She had her Internship in Greater Baltimore Medical Center hospital associated with John Hopkins University, followed by 3 years Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. Lynne Messner, MD
Dr. Messner graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 1997 at which time she was awarded the Distinguished Scholar Award. She went on to complete a four year residency training program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In her fourth year of residency she was elected chief resident of the Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency program and performed this duty from 2000-2001. Gerald Trostler, MD FACP
After graduating from UCLA Medical School, Dr Trostler spent four years completing his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai, UCLA and at Wadsworth VA Hospital. He then spent two years in the Air Force as the internist at Edwards Air Force Base. He then moved to Long Beach, CA, where he practiced Internal Medicine until he moved to the desert. Dr. Trostler is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCI where he received the Best Teacher Award. He was also honored by LA Magazine as one of the best internist in Los Angeles County. He and his wife live in Palm Desert and have three sons.
